I HAVE YET TO RECEiVE MY PACKAGE AND EMAILED SOL DE JANEIRO ABOUT IT. THEY DO NOT ANWER THEIR CHATS OR EMAILS EVER!!! I have chatted with them for the past 2 weeks and no one replies. I have left many emails and no one replies. I have spent over $200 products that have yet to come. It says delivered and it was not. DISGUSTED..DISGUSTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY!

I purchased $70 worth of merchandise from this company. I never received my items and was told by the company that they are not responsible for missing packages. The delivery service also claimed no responsibility even after noting it was left outside. Require a signature so items are received safely! This order was already an unnecessary splurge which I deeply regret.
