I am giving 1 star, yet should be giving a 1/2 star. This company is the Worst! Their supposed customer service team is non-existant! You can't get through to anyone & they don't repond to texts or emails. I ordered an in stock item on 12/9 & didn't rec. it for 12 days. Then, my other order placed on 12/18 in which I paid $25 extra for Fed Exp. Edited 2-3 day shipping is not going to arrive until 12/27. That's right I paid the expedited $25 shipping charge for a NINE DAYS Delivery!!! This company(USING THE TERM LIGHTLY) could care less about their customers!!! From the many other Negative reviews I have read wnich seems to be most of the reviews, what happened to me happens all of the time. In my case, this will the be the LAST time I ever purchase anything from this JOKE of a company. BUYERS BEWARE!!! WOULD STRONGLY URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY ENTITY, TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

12 hours until Christmas. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still no signs of package. Stuck in New Jersey like all other reviews say. I would have just gone to a local store had a known I would be giftless on Christmas. Order now for Xmas 2023 and then you’ll be fine.

I ordered on 12-5. It says product was shipped on 12-8. I still haven’t received it and the tracking has not been updated since 12-8. I have sent emails and have tried to chat but this is not like other chats where someone immediately responds. I am very upset. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Placed order 12/3. Received email 12/7 that order shipped. It is now 12/22 and no sign of product. The only tracking I can get says it is en route from NJ. I have emails numerous times with no response, tried to chat but there is never a liver person, found two numbers to call and no answer. I realize it is December but they are the only ones I have had shipping issues with. Very unhappy customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 12/1/2022 Shipped 12/7/2022 - stuck in NJ somewhere. Have sent several emails, tried chatting on-line but nobody ever there - sent help in the chat, tried calling and nobody answers.

The WORST customer service! You can NOT contact a live person! I’ve been waiting on an update for a package that was shipped on 12/4 it’s now 12/22 and I still haven’t received any updates and from what I see it’s been in NJ waiting for several weeks! I emailed the company and over a week later I get the entire please allow 7-10 days for shipping details?! Ummmmm do you not see the date?! It was 12/19 when you responded well over the 7-10 days! I would NEVER purchase anything from this company again even if their products are great!

Terrible company. My aunt recommended this brand and I ordered it mid February and got a confirmation email and none of the emails I received from this merchant, gave me an expected delivery date. I got an email that it’s been shipped, but it’s been stuck in New Jersey for almost a month now. I’ve reached out to them through the chat feature and through email, but have not received any response back. I have reached out to them through their Instagram page and hopefully I will get a reply. And if we were able to cancel the order, I would’ve done so already. Too much of a headache. Edit: They finally reached out to me today on January 3, 2023, saying that my package was lost in transit and that since they didn’t have any more product that they would refund me which they did. But to get to this point was terrible I emailed them literally every day. I reached out to them on Instagram on Facebook, and even then it took a week for them to reply back. Still a pretty terrible company since it took this long to get a refund and the excuse was it was lost in transit.

Very difficult to reach customer service; no one available to talk to and no response to emails. 'will never purchase from them again or their products.
