They have no record of my order even with screenshots of bank statement and order confirmation.

I ordered about a month ago. My package was supposed to be 3 day shipping but the China post tracking says that It was delivered on the 6th but I never received it and I can't get ahold of anyone. I'm so disappointed in this company. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! So bummed.

I also placed an order on August 22nd, it shipped from New Jersey to DFW metroplex in 3 days. I live close to ElPasoTx. It’s been a week since DHL handed it off to the postal service and no updates since. The tracking info states it was tendered to USPS but USPS tracking info still states it’s awaiting package from DHL. It had an estimated delivery of Sat. September 2nd and it’s now September 5th and still nothing. I can’t seem to find a customer service phone number anywhere and the only thing that has replied to my emails is a chat bot directing me to log into my account, I don’t have an account I ordered as a guest. Someone please help??! I’m out $158!!!

Horrible customer service!! My item never arrived... I contacted the company they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement and to confirm mailing address. They stated my unit number and street number were in wrong order. Never sent new product (what I wanted) and no refund so now I am out 168$ 35 US for shipping for nothing... So mad!!!!!

I have had the same issue as others with being locked out of the ability to place orders due to being accused of reselling and 'not paying attention to the email blasts to know when the sale was." I had spent over $400 in two weeks so I could replace the 'clean' lotion I previously used as I can no longer get it from Maui consistently. I then saw the sale and wanted to stock up. As I used the products and liked them, I started looking further and saw they had more than just lotion, so I wanted to try the other items as well. I had accumulated many points and the ONLY way to use them is one item per purchase so I had to break up my order. Obviously if I am purchasing different items then I am not stock piling to resell. I am just trying to use my points and take advantage of the sale.... I have NEVER been treated so rudely by the Cx Manager Tracy. Even after promising my account was cleared to make the order, it still will not. When emailed her once again to try and correct, so I could spend MONEY with the company, she continued to argue and is NOT in any way authentic, apologetic, caring, or concerned. She continued to come off bothered that she even has to deal with me. I have never been treated so rudely by a company. I have had the same experience as others and recommend spending your hard-earned money with a company that VALUES their customers!

My orders been voided so many times caused me unable to redeem the points. This is totally a scammed. Bad customer service goes to this company.
