Customer Service is non-existent! Upon checking out, a coupon became available. When I saw that it was usable and had reduced the price of each item and the grand total, I ordered more items. Again the discount was reflected in the checkout total. I hit place order. I immediately noticed that my card was charged the full price. I messaged them through their chat box, emailed, and texted help as instructed. Two weeks later, and still no response.

I couldn't tell you if the product is good or bad - can't get it delivered. The shipping sucks, and I can't find a way to actually contact anyone at the company. Very willing to take your money, not very good at customer service.

I am a UK customer and have been using this cream for a year. Unfortunately my most recent purchase has brought me out in rashes all over my arms and legs. Please be aware that I read a recent post online that intimated a change in their formula! Maybe do a little patch test at John Lewis before you purchase OR buy the travel size.

I placed my order over a week ago and it still hasn’t left the warehouse. I emailed them to ask where it is and they said “we need another day.” After several days go by and still no update, I email them again and they just came up with a whole list of excuses and said it’s out of their control. They won’t give me a refund so now I’m waiting on an order that will likely never show up and can’t get my money back.

My item never arrived, I tried to contact their customer services and they replied to me that my order was cancelled and completely refunded!! After one month, my money was not returned! I felt i was scammed

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I purchased 1 item from them and it went well. Purchased a 2nd through a text they sent and I did not get the discount through them as promised and when I went through shoppay it charged the whole amount to my card. I am extremely dissapointed in their service and will not be purchasing through them again. Also, if you try to get in touch, there is no way to call a customer service number, only a text or email adress. Super dissapointing. Too bad to lose a customer for this

This company doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. I ordered one of their black friday deals and it never came. Their carrier marked it as delivered. When I contacted the customer service they said it must’ve been taken off my doorstep, when I live in a very safe gated community. They then offered to compensate me 30 percent. I couldn’t me more disappointed because of how much I wanted to try this product line.

ZERO customer service. I’ve tried email, chat, filling out forms on their site- ZERO response. This is ridiculous. I received a leaky bottle of $56 body wash that was supposed to be a gift. I cannot give this as a gift as it’s missing over 25% of the body wash. RIDICULOUS.
