So far I have tried the Bum Bum Cream which I purchased from Mecca years ago - I had a reaction right away (red rash that looked like a burn) so I returned it and got a refund. Silly me, I was overseas recently and needed a mineral sunscreen so I went into Sephora and purchased the Radiance Mineral Sunscreen, and I have had a reaction again same as before (looks like a burn, red with big welts and itchy as anything). So disappointing.

It’s over a week and they never shipped anything they took my money and didn’t ship anything out it’s been over a week and theirs no holiday or reason for it I’ve reached out 3x and get an answer they have reported it and will look into it seems automated and no one does anything at all. I’ve asked for a refund and still not received anything. I will have to report them for fraud and to bbb if I’m not refunded. They have the money and just stole it

I so excited to learn they come out with a perfume spray and I love the smell of number 62. The perfume glass bottle is so heavy therefore, you do not get the correct ounces you're paying for plus it does not last very long compared to the body spray. I'm very disappointed, The only way I would purchase this again is if they change the glass bottle so I can get the correct ounces as well as figure a way to make it last longer. I would find it fair if they would mail me A replacement and see if that makes a difference

had a bad reaction to a small tub of bum bum cream i purchased, cant see to get hold of anyone for UK customer service,?? Was horrified to see when i checked ingredients that main one being Dodecane!! Dodecane is a known irritant, a component of gasoline and is used as solvent, in organic synthesis, in jet fuel research, as a distillation chaser, and in the rubber and paper processing industries. it potentially has carceogenic properties!!!
