As I mentioned to them over the phone I felt very mislead. I never rembered signing a contract to give them a referal on any deals. Then they ended up taking a very large portion of commission. Then to "make it better" they tried to offer me discounted zip codes and then at my scheduled call with them they said that the discount was no longer valid even though they had just given it to me a few days ago.

LJ was very determined to help me sell my property. I was completely agent using an agent but he convinced me that it would increase my sale price and have it sold within a month. It proved to be a much harder sale than expected due to a history of crumbling foundations in the complex. But he did it and on my terms all the way. He was great to work with and I really appreciate his efforts and excellent communication throughout the way.
