Sold.com was supposed to get paid by title at closing. I gave them all of the info and nothing happened after that. We had to figure it all out. Just not as clear forward as it could have been.

Nice people to work for but not the greatest ROI. I have been around a while and know how to work internet leads. I literally have had no viable conversations with the blind leads they sent me other then: "I just want a value" Had 2 appointments set by their concierge. 1 was a person that just wanted company as her brother told me, the other actually closed. $5500 in GCI for a $3000 investment.
