Sog KnivesReviews of sog-knives.net

I've been a SOG knife owner for over 10 years. From my first Trident to the latest Trident, I have purchased 6 knives, 2 keychains and a tabletop sharpener. All are first rate quality especially the USA made OTS Automatic I bought last year from SMKW in Sevierville, TN. Saving my mad money for their OTF Automatic.

Did not deliver the product. Will not respond to email or answer the phone

ordered a knife ultra xr carbon did not expect that such a good brand of knives can make a knife covered in scratches disgustingly very disappointed

Spoke to SOG Customer Service about an issue I was having with my multi tool, they suggested I send it in for repair under the LIFE TIME WARRENTY. Sent my SOG multi tool in for repair April 2022. Recieved an email saying they recieved the unit and it was being proceed. After not hearing from them for 30 days I called. Their spokes person said my multi tool was no longer supported and mine wasn't able to be returned. I would have to wait till June for a replacement. I called again in June, their Spoke Person said I have to wait. I asked if there was anything else I could do he said NOTHING. Called again in July i was told I'd have to wait until August Called in August was on hold for 60 plus minutes, no one answered. I have gone on their web site every month and asked about my claim I never got a response. I recently learned SOG was sold this year 2022, Very sad because the old product / company was great. So any of the reviews you read prior to 2022 are probably no longer true. I'd think long and hard before buying a product from them now.

Placed an order early in the month. After a week it had still not shipped. Called and left a message. Got a call back days later and they said it would take another week and a half to ship the items. Canceled the order and bought the same items from cabela's. Received those items in 3 days. Still waiting on my refund from SOG. avoid ordering from them

I called about my situation of wanting to cancel an order and it not being processed on time through email , the lady who helped me out through the phone was immediately understanding and very helpful she had so much patience and was very communicative she worked to help me out and completed my complicated request I really appreciate her

I own a SOG powerassist multitool knife. I was a gift 3 yrs ago. Its in my fishing bag, maybe used twice. The locking mechanism on the straight blades broke ( it will not lock). I called customer service who was of NO help. Started telling me about the limited warranty etc and that SOG would consider this normal wear and tear. I stressed that only only used it a couple of times. They wouldn't help at all. DO NOT buy SOG!!! Buy Leatherman or Buck!!!!!!!

I spoke with 4 different customer service people and each one said “we are working on our customer support “. They said it takes 21 business days to refund my money on an item they advertised but didn’t say it would take 4 months to ship. Stay away. There are better companies to buy from. It is going to take a month to get my refund.
