I hate surveys.

Purchased two software from them, both did not activate. Emailed them in FEB 2024 and as yet no one has helped me out. Just meaningless email replies that they are looking into it and will get back to me "today". This company has nonexistent customer service, they take your money and does not stand behind what they sell. There are so many other companies that sell the same programs as they do and I STRONGLY recommend that EVERYONE go somewhere else to purchase their software needs, this company is a waste of your time and money. Looking to do legal action against them now. Stay away from them!! They are not worth the trouble and dont support a company that doesnt care about their customers.

Scam. Item I ordered had an overused code and was never given any customer service to remedy issue. buyer beware

I could not activate after downloading. The icon never appeared anywhere on my computer. I have sent 2 emails requesting a refund and have heard nothing from Softwarehubs. I have had a positive experiences downloading software from other companies, so I am not a novice.

Ease of purchase and help with issue of installation

easy to download and instructions were very straight forward

Very bad service. I did receive the activation code. Bad business. They do not refund your money Beware for this scam
