When I signed in and gave me the opportunity to claim a 10% discount. When I went to check out it wouldn't honor the code. Very disappointed in that transaction. I have bought 12+ copies in the las 6 months, and thought as a previous customer I would have gotten a deal, or at least the code would have worked. Up until now all the transactions have been very smooth and timely. Maybe it's time for me to shop elsewhere?

I tried to purchase office 2021. My transaction went through, and they sent me a code that has already been used. When confronted, they stated just try to use the phone way. This company is not what they say, no way they are in WY, as they answered my emails 4am WY time. Save yourself and your credit card company time and stay away from this scam

This is a total scam. BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE. Never received the email, the phone number provided does not work, email messages do not get answered, AI chat only tells you to call a number or send an email and as stated, phone number provided does not work.

Had to reinstall OEM Windows and Software Hubs supplied MS Office. After only a few months, both Office keys were reported invalid. No response to several emails - BEWARE, horrible customer service.

On August 24, 2024 I purchased a copy of Microsoft Project 2019 from SOFTWAREHUBS.COM. They quickly issued a receipt and confirmed my credit card was charged, which I verified myself as well. The next email from them was supposed to contain a download link to get my purchase, but link provided was invalid. I logged into my account on their site and attempted to download the purchase, however my transaction was still "Processing" (whatever that means). I immediately emailed the customer service center for help. Three days later I received a response telling me only HOW to install the software, but did not address the invalid link nor send me a refreshed link to get the product I purchased. Several subsequent emails for help have gone unanswered. Phone calls to them go directly to a machine -- which only says, "Please leave a message at the beep" -- and are never returned. I filed a complaint with the BBB, only to learn they cannot help as SOFTWAREHUBS does not maintain a business address in Wyoming (where they supposedly are located). This is an absolute ripoff. AVOID!

Total Scam. Paid for two copies of Acrobat 2020, they never supplied the serial numbers which are required to install the software. Emailed them several times and received only one response that said they would get back to me tomorrow.....I even scheduled a video conference with their "support team" and they were a no show to the meeting. Absolute zero on software and customer service. I regret I did not research them more heavily before my purchase. Most likely would not have purchased from them had I done so. Big mistake.
