Product was immediately ready for download. Was very skeptical, but really glad I pulled the trigger on this. Office 19 is SO much easier to use than the on-line product that I had been using. Make it easy on yourself, and register for a Microsoft account BEFORE you download the product. You don't have to, but it made it really easy for me.

The price was good and the delivery process worked well. I was a little confused in that the download actually came from Microsoft. The Suite works as intended.
