I purchased a license for MS office, that suddenly required re-activation, I tried to reach software hub via email, after no response attempted online chat no in online chat. You buy anything don't expect support from them. The license I purchased was lifetime on the same computer and should not have required reactivation, Microsoft said the software key is blocked, call the vendor who has admin rights as I could not reactivate it. Waste of money on a license I can no longer use.

While I was able to purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and install it successfully, I also had my credit card stolen by their checkout process. I'm absolutely certain that their check out was responsible; not question. Capital One told me they declined my purchase because they KNOW that this company has issues. You have been advised and forewarned!!!

So far I have sent a message through the web site, tried calling a couple of time (no answer) and emailed support several times with no replies. So basically they have my money and I have nothing.

I've ordered from Software Hubs before and had no issues. This last time has been a nightmare. I ordered MS Office 2021 in Sept, 2024 for 5 PC's. They sent me one product code. I installed one copy on a new laptop with no issues. However, when installing on a subsequent device the installation went OK but it will not activate saying the product key is invalid. I've contacted customer service multiple times through the website and through e-mail. The only response I've received so far is one e-mail stating they would check and not further communication. It's December now and still no resolution. I tried calling and only get a busy signal. If this does not get resolved soon, I will never buy another product from them and suggest that no one else does either.

I didn't get my pass code. Why don't you automatically send it. Help

difficult to install

The technical help was excellent. The first time I attempted to order the program shut down, the screen said an error had occurred. Just to let you know, no order was made. So I exited the website. I went in again and ordered the software download again and this time it gave me a receipt of the transaction. I went in to my bank account and noticed I had been charged twice. Charges were for the first time I attempted to order even though on the computer it claimed an error had occurred. The second charge was confirmed buy my receipt. If I get a refund for the alleged first order this experience would be a 5 star review!
