I CAN'T INSTALL LOGIC THAT I BOUGHT OVER 2 WEEKS AGO
I CAN'T BELIEVE THE HASSLE IT'S TAKEN TO GET THIS PRODUCT TO WORK. I'VE BEEN SHIPPED THE WRONG VERSION AFTER THE FIRST VERSION DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT PAST INSTALL BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SERIAL NUMBER WITH THE PACKAGING. I am very close to disputing this purchase. I am frustrated.

Item was factory sealed and buyer stated there was no serial number included in the factory sealed package. So we sent him a replacement serial number. Then he stated the disc would not install properly, so we thought the disc may be corrupt, so we sent a replacement disc also. The second disc did not work either and come to find out, the buyer did not make sure their computer met the system requirements for the software and they did not have a compatible operating system. We still let the buyer return the software for a refund.
