Let's get the bad part out of the way. In December 2013, I purchased six copies of Office 2010. Five (5) of the six (6) product keys would not work. I received an "already activated" error when using them. The first product key worked, the remaining 5 did not. When I tried to use the 2nd product key a month after purchase, I notified SoftwareCW of the problem and they got back to me with a new product key 2 days later. I only allocate one Office license every few weeks, so I did not know anything was wrong until a month after purchase. So far, SoftwareCW has issued me one (1) new product key. Now, it's near the end of January 2014 and I just noticed that the remaining 4 unused product keys were invalid (i.e., got the already activated message after installation). I trust SoftwareCW will provide me with 4 unused product keys, but we shall see. Over the past year, I have purchased operating systems, database software and a few other miscellaneous software packages from them and have not had an issue with those purchases. Overall the experience has been okay. So far, they have been trustworthy and have responded within 1 or 2 days to inquiries. Here are some additional thoughts... SoftwareCW often appears to be the price leader for big-name software. All questions, comments and problems must be communicated via e-mail. They do have a toll-free number (888-973-0315), but it immediately goes to voice mail with a recorded message saying that they do not offer support via the telephone. They are slow-to-respond compared with the big-name online stores like NewEgg and Amazon.

I had a great experience and wanted to order more software but you were down this last weekend. Bummer! I had to go to a different supplier. I'll be back if your still up.

i have purchased several software items (all Adobe) and they have installed and worked well. the only issue was that Premiere Pro only worked with DV and not HD. i found this out after the purchase. However, since most of my work is DV it has worked out.

No problems. . Delivered on time. They claimed to sell a full version of office for a low price. That's exactly what I got . Cant ask for anything more. I wish all other co. would do the same. Will buy again...

I purchased a digital download version of software and was given a link to download the software. However, the original download link didn't work. I emailed customer service and within an hour I had a new working link. I would have no reservations buying from this company again. Although the broken download link made me a bit nervous to start with, it was quickly and professionally resolved.

So not much to say, Everything worked as it was supposed to. I did a digital purchase so I can't speak on their delivery service, but everything did work without a hitch. I tip my hat to the company for allowing the option to pay via paypal. It is really welcoming not having to give out your credit card number to every store from which you buy from. this was the main reason why I chose this service over places like amazon. The only con that I have is that the don't tell you in your that you have to wait up to a day for your transaction to go through to recieve your product key. I immediately thought I just was scammed, until I looked at their FAQ. Overall relatively paid free experience
