I experienced good pre-sale support. I asked one question about the software by e-mail and it was answered in much less than a day, even though it was a weekend. The order was accurately filled, quickly shipped, well-packed and arrived on time and in good condition. The software was as-described and installed without a problem. That's all you can ask for. There were no problems with the order so I don't have anything to say about post-sale support.
