After quickly identifying a problem with their original fullfillment, they provided quickly a substitute that was better than the original. Their pricing for the item was low, their identification of the problem was fast, their substitution was immediate and more than I would have expected. Excellent customer service after the initial purchase.

i was looking for Adobe Creative Suite and some of the places were wanting 1200-1300 for it, which my boss would not sign off on. however after looking at softwareCW.com, i showed the price to my boss who signed off. it was a rather lengthy download process, but it was worth it. the product key was emailed an hour after it was purchased, which made installing it on my users computer even more effective. Thanks Guys.

I bought MS Office 2010 from this merchant. Was supposed to get the key word in 24 hours, but got in 20 minutes. No issues. They are great. Will do business with them again.
