I searched for 2016 Turbo Tax and inadvertently ordered the 2015 version.

The purchasing of the product on the website was straight forward, the time delay from purchase to receiving the product was long. I purchased a Microsoft Office product and would have preferred to complete the purchase process at one time.

Software trial period had expired when purchased so I could not use the software right away. I had to request the key code after waiting for e-mail for two days.

Service was speedy. However, the entire transaction would have been much smoother if the merchandise were described in detail such as with what systems the software could be used.

I received the email with the links to download and see the invoice, but none of them worked! The company's Domain is down! Contact attempts via email (the only contact information available) have been unsuccessful. Ultimately I was able to locate a phone number through Trust Pilot, and left a Voicemail which was responded to via email containing the download link and product key I needed. My issue was resolved, but I would not exactly call it a timely manner.
