I made a mistake - ordered wrong product. Emailed softwarecw, they sent a 'code' for me to use on my return mailing with no quibble or hassle. I mailed wrong product back and got a very prompt refund of full amount!!! Can't expect any better than that!! Very trustworthy company!! Kudos!! Bob T. Hopewell Jctn, NY
