I love the look and style of the gloves BUT I haven't needed to use them yet. It had been so cold in N. J. plus if I was touching cold or frozen foods I would be freezing and my finger tips would be numb. Since they arrived a few days ago the weather has been quite a bit warmer. I know soon enough that it will be very cold again and I can't wait to try these out. I will definitely check back in. Right after I ordered my pair I noticed that every color was sold out. That must mean something.

Excellent customer service! I ordered an item for which there was a discrepancy in the description on the website vs the item itself. The company not only fixed the website description immediately, they also offered to replace the piece that was not what I had expected. They got back to me right away with this solution. I would definitely recommend and order from them again.
