Only reason not a 5 - Bought one as a Christmas gift & haven’t given it to my grandson yet. If he likes it as much as I do it would be a 5.

Best way to treat arthritis without narcotics or stomach irritating NSAIDS. This mitten can be used on other body areas such as neck or knees. As of 12/21/2019 The rice caught on fire. after 50 seconds in microwave. Is something wrong with the rice?

12/21/19 - Sheila - We will replace the heating packs, no worries, but that is probably too much time to heat them. Microwaves do have different wattages of power that make some heat quicker. Start w/30 seconds as label directs. Did they actually catch fire or just smolder and smoke? They have been extensively tested not to catch fire, so that would be unusual. So glad to hear that great feedback on how our Warming Mitts help your arthritis!! Thanks for taking time to share that with us and others!

Heated pillow is quite small compared to the 18” toy

Good feedback, Jane! We'll share that with the manufacturer. We are sending you an additional heating pack. Let us know if that works better.

My grandson is blind and deaf. I purchased this teddy bear to help him with the other senses he does have. I like the microwaveable bag to keep him warm. It's the perfect gift for him. Thank you also for the prompt delivery.

When I try to sit in the recliner the heated inserts fall right out of the booties. They need a Velcro closure. They are useless to me and. Complete waist of money
