Easy to order, fast delivery and tracking was amazing . My mom loves your product.

My daughter love her snuggable. It was delivered fast and heats up well! 👍

was shipped really fast

I had a wonderful experience with this company and product. Being on a very short time-line, I paid for the fastest shipping offered and when my item began to fall off the tracking service I sent an email to their customer service explianing my shortening time-frame. I received a response the same day from the President of the company and that she would look into it immediately. It became apparent that the box had been damaged by the USPS and was of no fault of the company that I received it a few days late, but in time for my needs. The President of the company also refunded my shipping charges which was very kind. I am extremely pleased with the product and equally pleased with the customer service. I highly recommend this company and product. Thank you.

Price was a bit high, but I was desperate & had to put a smile on a friends face who was dying from cancer & missed her kitty. She was able to snuggle for four days. I only wish I would’ve found it sooner.😥

My. Grand Daughter has been having trouble sleeping. We just received the Warm Buddy Dog 18". She loves the dog and she is ready to try to go to sleep with him. if this works, you get 10 stars. So far so good!

My nephew was so envious of the one I got for my niece, I had to get another one. They both sleep with their puppy every night!

High quality product and very durable. Love that the cover is removable, so it can be laundered. I liked mine so much that I bought one for three other people.
