Dear Mark, We have issued you a full refund. We can only ship a product to the address provided and have no control over what the post office does. I'm sorry that you chose not to respond to my 3 emails and 2 phone calls trying to clarify why the Post Office couldn't deliver your package so we could reship your order.

While not, I believe, Snuggables fault, I have yet to receive my order. USPS lists it “enroute”. So like many Americans with shipments delayed, I shall wait and continue to hope my order will arrive.

Product was delivered past the guaranteed two day shipping. We paid extra for two day shipping and it was four days after it was picked up by USPS. Snuggables was notified about this multiple times and there was no response.

When I try to sit in the recliner the heated inserts fall right out of the booties. They need a Velcro closure. They are useless to me and. Complete waist of money
