This is a great and we'll made product! We actually purchased it as a look alike for our dog who recently died. The surviving dog was quite sad. This was just the thing!

Aww. :( So sorry you lost your dog, but we're glad our warm puppy helped to comfort the other dog. That is a touching story and brings us a lot of encouragement. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Fast shipping excellent customer service. My heating pack didn't seem big enough for my stuffed animal, and they responded quickly and took care of the problem.. My big black lab stuffed animal is so soft. The heating element only heats for one minute and stays warm for a long long time..

Product was delivered past the guaranteed two day shipping. We paid extra for two day shipping and it was four days after it was picked up by USPS. Snuggables was notified about this multiple times and there was no response.

I bought this for a friend who lost her 13 year old emotional support dog recently. It has been a life saver for her as she was very depressed. Thank you!
