Repeat Customer still loving the products! I have made about 4 or 5 orders now from Snowverb since 2020. Their products are great quality and I just ordered my 2nd warmer jacket for the slopes. I also purchased a fleece sweater, and baselayer. Material is super comfortable and I have yet to be cold skiing! Customer service team is fantastic. Delivery time reasonable. Thanks for making great products.

Very nice shopping experience with Snowverb! I ordered my Searipe snowsuit from them first, as I saw some reviews were not so satisfying, but I just loved the colour so much! So gave it try, it turned out very good quality and fast delivery, I got it in a week just before Xmas. It fits perfectly, and the style is exactly what I wanted. Later I got my husband a white SMN NASA suit, my kids Phibee dinos and rabbit onesie, top quality! You can't find the cute design like this in the UK! Kids got quite some attention on their gear. :) They all loved their outfits! Very happy with our purchases! Thank you!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I tried ordering from Australia and they didn't do currency conversion when paying for item. Despite me transfering more and more money onto my card to pay it kept coming up declined. I contacted the site and asked what was wrong and they said they only accept USD conversion. So with USD to AUD conversion PLUS shipping cost the actual cost of purchasing was astronomical! Very sneaky way of scamming people out of more money!

Please bear in mind that we are a US-based online retailer company, Only US dollars are accepted as terms of payment, the prices displayed on our website are in US dollars. However, when converting to Australian dollars, the amount naturally increases. (Exchange rate differential）To accommodate this, we are pleased to offer discount orders to provide you with a more favorable pricing.

Never buy from this company. They would never issue a refund. They will make you pay for the shipping cost but since their business location is closed the item will never be delivered. Poorly managed!!

I got this ski jacket for Christmas and didn't use it until the beginning of February to go skiing. I have used it twice and the main zipper broke off. One of the Velcro pieces on the flap overlay of the main zipper is already coming off. Lastly, on the left arm there is a zipper pocket that has some stain that has become present around the whole pocket. I contacted Snowverb and they won't do anything because they go off the delivery date. They didn't even try to make anything right. There products are made cheap and sold at a price that doesn't represent the craftsmanship. Do not buy their products as they are inferior to competitors like North Face.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very suspicious. They required about 5 emails back and forth (with photos of the item to return) before authorizing a return. They said I had to pay return shipping and they were not at all clear about how or when I would be refunded. I’m very suspicious of this company.

They were very responsive on Instagram and helped reassure me their policies and size guides. I ordered goggles, gloves and a snowsuit. Everything was 10/10 and for the price I’m very satisfied. So many zippers and even zippers on the legs in case you get too hot so there is some airflow. The suit was lined nicely and the goggles made the visibility better. I ordered with express shipping it was an extra 15€ and surprisingly it came in exactly one week! Very quick delivery.
