I placed and paid for the order on September 30th for a US customer, but it wasn't shipped until October 7th. The order is now being delivered from China. It appears that Snowverb operates as a dropshipping business, meaning they don't keep items in stock but manufacture them after receiving payment. The quality of the products is still unclear. There was no mention of this time gap between payment and shipment in their terms and conditions, so keep that in mind if you're considering ordering from them.

Hi, we understand your concerns, and we’d like to clarify that Snowverb is not a dropshipping operation. We work closely with established ski brands and also design and manufacture a large portion of our products ourselves. The shipping delay was related to our commitment to quality and ensuring the best experience for our customers. We’re continuously working on improving our processes and communication, and your feedback is valuable to us. Please let us know if you need any support.

I love this brand! I have a jacket, and two snowsuits from them. I also just ordered their baggy snow pants for this upcoming season! They’re warm and water resistant and not the mention they fit really well. As a snowboarder it’s hard to find brands that fit baggy, most brands fit like ski gear. They also ship really fast!
