Do not buy from this site. I ordered snowboard pants from my daughter for Christmas, tried to exchange on Jan 6th, and they do not allow exchanges. Terrible customer service. Not an easy company to work with. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dear Customer, We’re sorry to hear that the sizing didn’t work out for your daughter. Our return and exchange policy, including the time frame, is clearly outlined at the time of purchase to ensure fairness for all customers. Unfortunately, exchanges beyond this period cannot be processed. We always strive to provide the best support possible, so please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or send us a message on Instagram @Snowverb to discuss any possible solutions. Best, Snowverb

The most honest review. I was in the market for some baggy snow pants that won’t break the bank. Snowverb got a great selection of baggy pants that look great. I ordered a pair to test the waters on December 2. The pants came out exactly how I imagined and fit was okay too. I would have rated them 4.5/5 but the reason for the current rating is the shipping. It took about 20 days for the order to arrive. Not an issue for me but if you’re a last second buyer thinking you’d get your pants within a week. Plan accordingly. Buy in advance. Pants were great. I’m probably gonna order a pair or two more. I recommend snowverb apart from the shipping

Thank you for your honest and detailed review! We’re so glad you love the pants and that they met your expectations. We truly appreciate your understanding about the shipping time and your advice for future buyers. We’re excited to have you as a customer and look forward to you ordering again! ❄️✨

Do not buy from this company. Firstly, the shipping was terrible. They want you to confirm the order before they will send your order. I did! Weeks later I still did not receive the order. After many emails back and forth, they finally mailed the order. The jacket was a Christmas gift and was too small. I tried to return it, which was 18 days after it was arrived. They said that the holiday return was 20 days. But, they would not exchange nor would they refund!!!! Terrible customer service!!! Never order from this company. Their unwillingness to help a customer working within their policies. Why????

Dear Customer, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our confirmation process is in place to prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure accurate shipping. Regarding returns, we do extend a 20-day return window during the holiday season, which aligns with our clearly stated policy. We regret any frustration this may have caused and would love to see if there’s anything we can do to assist. Please reach out to [email protected] or DM us on Instagram @Snowverb, and we’ll do our best to help. Best regards, Snowverb
