I was giving SnapMailbox a try to see if we would like it , we are actually very happy with the service.This service is a keeper.Customer service is very fast and knowledgeable, they are always willing to help . Rue was our representative and he was very helpful and knowledgeable .

Worst Experience......I am a first time user for a "virtual office" service such as this and this has been the worst experience and I will not be using these type services again in the future. I only gave this service 1 star because the CSR reps made me think that they cared about the fact I've not received any mail for my business in 3 months. Blaming this issue on being "short staffed" and the USPS mail being slow which is ALL unacceptable. I will be canceling this service going forward. So for anyone "thinking" of using this service - How this works is, the mail is received(in a centralized location)....then later uploaded into your account but if there are ANY address issues or other misc hiccups you can forget about ever seeing your mail. Do not use a virtual address service, instead your better off using another "physical address" type service where you or your assistant can go get your physical pcs of mail. This type service is too hidden and the information provided to you if you have an issue as to where your mail actually went instead of your account is limited in what the CSR reps can tell you because the physical mail goes to a centralized location.....and later uploaded(sorted) (IF the worker(staff) is available or can figure out) which mailbox account the mail goes into. Please be aware when choosing this service; "How important is it to you to receiving your mail"?
