Snap MailboxReviews of snapmailbox.com

Jessah was awesome to work with and very patient. I definitely would recommend your services because the customer service is awesome!

I experienced some issues with setting up my mail box but Grace and Jessah were very responsive. They got it all sorted out.

Hi All - since I posted my situation I had a great experience that was handled by a customer agent - Jessah. She proactively went ahead to first accept the failure of the mailbox which was out of order for some time - acknowledges that it is snapmail issue not to have informed and processed an internal refund dated till the first date in Jan when I tested the service and got no result. I could have pushed for a refund since Sep last year but given she did her best I am happy to let that go specially as she worked to change the service to another address and we got through her authorization again. I have sent myself a test postcard today and will receive it in 4 days - let's see if it works - if not I guess I will make a comment here that definitely the service doesn't work - if it does - you will not see any more comments and can assume that all is good. Note that because of her I stopped signing up to their competitor Ipostal - which I had already paid for a day before - will honor her effort and see that all of this works out. Snapmail you are lucky to have a Customer Service like Jessah -hope you don't lose him/her as she is keeping the boat afloat - to the COO of snapmail - suggest you review your processes - how can you allow to charge a customer for a service that you know is not working- proactively you should inform the customer to switch and not continue to charge him for more than 10 months till you have us disgruntled - let alone send a renewal request because payment failed - specially as I blocked the card so i would not continue to get charged. Hope this helps you relook your process and align to customers touch points as your most important measure of success. To all - going from really disgruntled to wait and see mode talk to all soon
