My CSR Jess, was absolutely AMAZING! She took the liberty of calling me to provide detailed information about my packages. Also, I didn’t have enough funds to pay for the shipping fee that were extremely expensive and a huge inconvenience for me. What my CSR did was both helpful and unbelievably nice. I may spell her name wrong but, Jess put me on hold to further assist by reaching out to the financial support team to see if she can resolve the issue. She was able to get my shipping cost to an affordable amount of $9.98 and I’m so happy and grateful for her. It was a pleasure working with this young lady as she made my day better as a mom with children and provided so much help that I am now a happy SnapMailBox Customer and I will continue to stay a customer because of Jess and her amazing customer service skills and warmth she has put forward.
