I had signed a 12 months contract on direct debit and once the 12 months contracted ended with a letter to cancel, they continue to charge the direct debit. Can not get hold of anyone who can help. Bank said they charge on different code. BUYER BEWARE

This is a great gym in a great location in Pyrmont. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Open 24hrs a day with plenty of equipment.

The locations I've been to in Auckland were always pretty alright. Some spots are a bit tired, sure, but the gear is trustworthy and the team have always been helpful whenever I've had to ask for advice.

Never there during "staffed hours" when we tried to cancel membership because they require you to cancel in person. Ridiculous when they aren't staffed past 5pm. So do they expect us to request off a day from work just to come cancel my membership and miss out on a days pay? complete bulls**t. Seems like a convenient excuse to scam people of their money. will never use this gym. 0/10

Snap fitness Zele Ten eerste voel ik me zo vernederd. mijn man is een Turkse burger die hier al 5 jaar woont in België. Hij spreekt voldoende Nederlands, kan zijn weg wel vinden. Ik weet van hem dat dit niet denderend is. Hij wou zich inschrijven voor fitness. Dit mocht niet omdat hij in mindere de taal kon spreken. Ik vind dit enorm belachelijk. Wij zijn op dit idee gekomen zodat hij een vriendenkring kon krijgen aan de hand van een activiteit, ook goed voor zijn taal. We moeten toch ergens beginnen? Achteraf zijn we ergens anders gaan inschrijven, zo dankbaar zelfs zij vonden dit belachelijk.

My gym closed down at the start of the pandemic. I was very lucky to get my membership canceled right before other wise they would have stolen my money.
