I do prefer this gym to others in my local area, the atmosphere is great and staff are friendly. Given 3 stars as I wish they offered more classes before/after the 'normal work day' as it is impossible to attend the day time ones, and there aren't many early morning or evening classes and the ones that are on book up straight away.

not the greatest gym in the world but always open and is very convenient. The only issue I have had with them is that their prices are extremely high. If you have JD gym near you then that hits all the right spots!
