Had to freeze membership for health reasons, stating until further notice, but Snapfitness Whitley Bay automatically resumed it at the end of their period without any notification. Money taken out straight away (feel like they tricked me). They refused to refund it even if I'm unable to use the gym. Cancelled membership and will sign up elsewhere when back.

A great inside gym with great equipment BUT DONT BE FOOLED! Their policy to cancel a membership, even though I selected monthly payments, they want a minimum of a months notice and when you give them a months notice they still proceed to take money from your account. I called them no answer, emailed them, answer after one months and even tried entering the gym but could not get it because my card didn’t work (Card beeps red, Not Green). And no staff there even in staff hours. They are in the category of scammers and trick you into not leaving. Must say worse gym I’ve ever been to in that perspective.

I had look for few reviews and they done it to other members the same thing , Be aware , The gym Crowdedness and Poor Atmosphere Absolutely packed after 6PM. As is very small You have to wait 15 minutes for a squat rack. It's impossible to get a full workout as is poorly managed People leave weights everywhere and the staff doesn't care." Too noisy, music is blaring, and the staff are more interested in talking to each other than helping members."  As not being manage properly You have 3 other gym near within 5 min in between of each other Cheaper Pofesional Bigger gym Very clean. I do prefer this gym to others in my local area, the atmosphere is great and staff are friendly. Given 3 stars as I wish they offered more classes before/after the 'normal work day' as it is impossible to attend the day time ones, and there aren't many early morning or evening classes and the ones that are on book up straight away.

This review is for Snap Fitness in Maddingley, Victoria. It's a relatively new gym, the staff and facilities are excellent and well maintained. The customer service is amazing, with a personal touch from the manager who really seems to take the time to get to know the members. It's a little bit of a small space, sometimes when it's busy there's some lag to use a specific machine. Given how they've managed the small space - it's not a big deal to have to wait. I've trained there for around 8 months and have been getting good results.

I've been training at Snap Fitness Rangiora for a few years now and absolutely love it. The gear is top quality as are the staff. Definitely the best gym in North Canterbury.

I’ve been training at Snap Fitness Kaiapoi for a while now and I love it here. The team are always friendly and supportive, making you feel welcome no matter your fitness level. The gym is clean and well-maintained, with a solid range of equipment that suits most workout needs. I also appreciate that it’s not too crowded, so I can get my workouts done comfortably. Highly recommend it if you want a community focused gym with a great atmosphere!
