I just want to write an honest review of this place as I believe others should know about the experience I had. I ordered a piece of jewelry that was on sale. It was advertised as the last remaining item in stock. It was supposed to be a gold, lion Pandora charm. What arrived instead was a rose gold, tiger charm. It was a completely different animal from what I had ordered and seen on their website. It was also very clearly not an authentic Pandora charm, as it was very lightweight, not the same size or quality of my other charms, and the gems were not really gems but rather little holes with what looked like specs of glitter. It was actually laughable to look at. I wrote to them requesting a full refund, as I did not receive what I had ordered. Something that I found interesting about this that I would also like to note: I said earlier that the charm I had ordered was advertised as the last remaining item in stock. Well, after I had ordered the item, it said “Out of Stock”. However, as soon as I received my charm that I DID NOT order, the one that I originally wanted magically came back in stock again and once again only had “1 left in stock”…. interesting? Seemed shady to me. The only reason i’m giving them 3 stars is because they did thankfully issue me a full refund so at least they did that but overall I would not recommend this place, it seems like they have shady business practices.

I do not write negative reviews unless something really went sideways - I was interested in an item and wrote to S&B to ask a question and was informed the item was packaged, ready to ship so S&B could not answer my question. Ok, so I purchased the item which was supposed to ship within 24-48 hours. Over a week later when I hadn't received tracking I followed up...3 times only to be informed S&B discovered after the fact the item had been damaged. How is it possible that it was "packaged, ready to ship" and then damaged? I gave S&B an opportunity to cure and they ghosted me. I honestly believe they never had the item available for purchase in the first place. There are plenty of on line stores to shop at. Please don't shop here

I had the choice of spending full price on a pair of shoes or half price. No details on why they might be on sale. When I got them, the colors were a mismatch and the entire package smelled like mildew. It smelled up my entire room and had to put them in the garage. Their customer service and I played a lot of email and phone tag - and they provided a way for me to get refunded - plus a discount on future purchases for my troubles. I’ll probably order again in the future.

Terrible customer service! I will never order from them again. They sent a damaged item and said it was a final sale. Even though that is the opposite of what their policy says. BUYER BEWARE!

Fast shipping but I have contacted their customer service by phone twice and left voicemails, sent an email and filled out a form online for customer service and have not heard back. Edit: After posting this they did reply and were very helpful! Thank you!

To clarify: this site was not an authorized retailer of our brand. All of our marketing materials are copyrighted and exclusively licensed to our brand—they may not be reused or redistributed without permission. We do not accept online distributors and do not allow markdown pricing. Moreover, we have never sold our product to them and when we inquired as to where they acquired it the reply was vague. When we asked for more information they have ignored our emails. We’ve reached out to the parties involved and request that our content be removed immediately to avoid further legal complications. Please be careful and buy from official retail channels to ensure authenticity and fair pricing.

Great communication, integrity and follow up despite package never arrived (not fault of SB)
