They were very patient with me when USPS declined to deliver my jeans at the address I ordered to. So I was upset because I thought it would take forever to resolve the issue. They got back to me instantly and resolved ASAP. I will continue to shop with them in the near future

I was looking for some new running shoes and Google found some at Snagged and Bagged for a great price. The webiste was easy to use and the product arrived in a timely manner. The shoes were new and exactly what I wanted. Great experience and I will be back looking for more deals!

Purchased 3 pairs of jeans - same style and size and one of them was considerably smaller. This fact should have been made clearer that they cannot guarantee the items they are selling are labeled and sized properly. I’m thinking maybe the only reason that they are selling these in the first place is because they were labeled wrong and they are trying to offload them. They were Just Black jeans by the way. Anyhoo they will not exchange or refund because they say every sale is final - even if they are selling crap.

Snagged & Bagged pricing came in at a cool $75 including shipping. A legitimate site with more than reasonable pricing. Items were shipped and received in a timely fashion and all in good order. My experience was pleasant and professional with good communication and tracking. A+

I ordered Lucchese Caiman Boots at a fantastic price and was just slightly apprehensive since I have not been familiar with the site and was pleasantly surprised with the rapid shipping and my customer service question was answered fairly quickly. The only gripe I have is lack of shipping options These came USPS and left leaning against my mailbox out on a busy road when we have a long drive and plenty of hidden places at our property entrance

Your prices were very competitive and your shipping VERY fast and the item came as described with tags. This was my first purchase from you and it was expensive so I had reservations. I had found a great pair of Dolce Vita suede boots (Auggie) in a local store but they were sold out in my size. Thanks to Google I wss directed to Snagged and Bagged for the size I needed. When the USPS tracking info indicated the package wasn’t making progress, I reached out and the amazing customer support folks handled it with postal service! I thought for sure they were lost but it’s a better late than never situation. They arrived today and are perfect! Really appreciate company that cares that much to go the extra mile.
