I experienced a customer's dream with the process of making reservations for one of their rentals. The Manager, Elizabeth was excellent in every way. Very patient, worked hard to find exactly what I wanted for a 5 night stay. Can't wait to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this company and staff for your reservations.

DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN!!!!!!! 1. The cabin's refrigerator is broken, so we have to throw away our food, which is worth at least $200. The technician finally came to fix it right before we are leaving (thanks or no thanks!). 2. First floor's shower head was stuck. The handyman came to fix it at 12:45 AM. WHO THE HELL COME TO FIX AT 12:45 AM! Even though he seemed fixed it, it is not working again on the second day. 3. Slow respond time. We called the office around 7PM regarding the refrigerator, left voice message, but they get back to us after 9PM. Imagine if this is power shortage or no water in the cabin, plus the technician takes time to come to the cabin. It would be at least 3+ hours for you to get this going. 4. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY'S STAFF BS. After I told them the issues and they promised me will send me some coupons for potential future use. I never get it. Overall, I am very disappointed not only because of the bad experience during the stay but also the after service/compensation which is NONE. They simply don't give a F about the people staying in the cabin. DO NOT BOOK ANY CABIN FROM THEM!!!

The properties all look awesome! Very quick and easy to book online! Excited to spend a week in one of the properties with my future wife for our honeymoon!!

check in was simple however had to call to get instructions as email that was suppose to come never came. cabin was clean and supplied as stated pool table needs replaced tabe is crooked. batteries were dead in TV remote. woke up first morning to mouse poop on countertops, no access to river ubless you want to break your neck, can't open dryer door due to toilet so it takes a small person to get clothes from dryer. was told it was rural however it is on a main road with heavy traffic all night long, had to buy earplugs to sleep. would not stay in this particular cabin again but would probably use colonial properties again

Everything was very easy to book, and everything was done just as they said. We had a beautiful cabin and everything was very clean and nice. Our family had a wonderful time, and enjoyed our accommodations very much. I would diffently stay here again.

The reservation staff was very friendly and helpful. The information that was forwarded to me via email was clear and easy to follow.
