Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort RentalsReviews of smokymtndreams.com

We had a wonderful stay and a beautiful cabin. would definately stay with CP Cabin & Resort Rentals again..

From the first time I called Colonial Properties it was obvious why they are the #1 choice for vacation rentals in the Smokies! Their Team is truly outstanding! They not only listened to our requests they offered personal knowledge of every property we inquired about. The price was more than competitive but the service and follow up are second to none. If you are looking for someone to take your best interests to heart and make your visit to the Smokies an awesome family memory then Colonial Properties is the Only Choice!!

This was the first time we have ever rented a cabin and I am so glad we did! Our whole experience was perfect! The cabin was exactly what the pictures and descriptions portrayed and we absolutely loved it!

We were satisfied with our accommodations, excellent air conditioning, TVs in every bedroom and living space, hot tub, access to area attractions, groceries, etc. quiet rustic setting, could not have been better.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The kids loved the hot tub and pool table. We were far enough from town yet close enough we could be there quickly. The cabin was clean and decorated very nice. We were hoping to see a bear since the cabin was definitely a bear theme. But no luck.

Very fast, very smooth. Thank you

The reservation staff is very kind and helpful.

This cabin was just lovely! Perfect for a family of 4. Colonial's customer service was fantastic! I think the water was from a well, so the jacuzzi tub filled with discolored water, but everything else was wonderful.
