Attention Queer Community! Stay away from David Huber and his wife. I have been friends with them for years and out of nowhere, just because I was hyper focused on the topic of polyamory, they accused me of making passes at Bonnie. Never mentioning exactly what I did so I can apologize and make things right. This was a terrible misunderstanding and they ruined my reputation and had me searching for a new community. They are a danger to members of our community.

UK customer here they have massively gone downhill no deliveries and no refunds not even a credit refund. I would just rather suck up and pay UK prices tbh.

What an absolute CON! My dad had to pay £115 customs etc to royal mail on top of the tobacco and postage!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! My dad is 80 years old, I hope you're happy conning an old man outtahis money!

Avoid the .eu franchise where possible. Bought a Peterson Tyrone 69 pipe for shipping to the UK. It arrived fresh out of the box scuffed and scratched on the bowl. Sent it back immediately, with me paying the postage and UK-IRL customs charges. Weeks pass and several phone calls to a never-answered number later, I get a call saying they won’t send me a replacement unless I pay IRL-UK customs charges! Flat refusal from them to make any concessions for their mistake: no account credit, no attempt at remediation, and no acknowledgement of their responsibility. Shockingly bad experience. Avoid the .eu franchise where possible.

I have updated my rating.** I have purchased many items from this company and have always been very happy. However, be aware their ordering systems are faulty especially if you purchase using PayPal. They will probably reply to this that their shipping error was my fault, which is fine. But if you look at my review history it's very spot on. Will I buy from this company in the future? No I will not. They do not care about their returning customers and refuse to verify their systems even when an IT professional shows them evidence it was their issue.
