3 days after they said it shipped it’s still sitting waiting for USPS to pick it up. But. O worries they said delivery would be tomorrow. Yea right

They really botched their Halloween release this year. I’m currently hoping my third choice is in stock. I even paid a second time because I didn’t want to wait hours for customer service to drop the ball a third time. No consolation offered or anything. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future

I have bought 3 or 4 times from them here in the US. The only issues was sometimes they wait a couple of days before shipping, but I have always recieved my purchase within a week. Customer service helped me promptly with returning a defective pipe and sent me a shipping label. I would buy from them again.

PipesPlus Rebate program, always been problematic, literally every transaction requires customer service. This month, payouts are refused, citing "technical reasons". I consider this a breach of terms. Very poor business practice.

I ordered pipe tobacco to my hotel. The hotel had no record of delivery so I emailed Smoking Pipes and they immediately responded and commenced an investigation with USPS (thank you Todd!). Shortly later, the hotel found tte delivery. I would have no hesitation ordering again given the speed of delivery and follow up in case of any issues (a non issue in this case!).

Placed a $500+ order 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received the product or any communication from the company. I’ve sent multiple emails and made 3 calls to customer service and the answer is still the same…’shipping inquiry submitted to USPS’. Don’t place an order unless you are willing to wait 6 months for a delivery that will never be reimbursed or replaced.

I have ordered several times from smokingpipes.com Have had excellent experiences and quick shipping. On a couple of occasions where there were problems, their customer service handled it quickly and satisfactorily (very important to me)

Customer service at smokingpipes.com is exceptional. I have emailed with questions about pipes and they were quick to respond. I was on a waiting list for Wessex Burley Slice pipe tobacco. I received an email saying that they just got some in, so I quickly got online and ordered a tin of it becuase I had never had it and wanted to give it a try. After a couple of days, I noticed that I never received tracking info on my order, so I contacted Customer Service. Turns out, for whatever reason, my order never went through. I wish I knew their name, but the Customer Service Rep that I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure that I got my tin of Wessex Burley Slice even though they had none in stock. I could understand if I was odering pounds of this tobacco, but I was just ordering one tin a $15 purchase. Outstanding customer service!
