Top Notch Customer Service
I realize it is tough for online retailers to compete with the big bullies out there! I try to support smaller retailers as much as possible, but some do not understand the need to be very flexible with returns, or defective merchandise. As an online shopper, I have to be confident the retailer will help make returns or replacement easy should that happen. I really feel like this retailer gets it and at least with my return, was very accommodating. This type of service is what keeps customers coming back. Plus the quality of what I received so far has been excellent!
