I still have not received my package.

Received broken merchandise. Emailed them about it and never received a follow up.

Placed an order on July 2, 2026 and its now August 28, 2026 still have not received anything. I've emailed them 2 to 3 times at different email address that was on their website and no reply at all. At this point I can literally say that I have been ripped off for a little under $60. I have also went down to their store and tried calling the number on their website cause their store is not accessible cause they are in the 2nd floor and you can't just walk up in there, and got sent to voice mail so I left a voice mail and still no response. The only time I did get a reply was when I left negative feedback on trust pilot and they said "Hi there, we're sorry to hear about this. Please contact our support team with your order details so we can assist you further." So I emailed them with the order number and email and they did reply by sending me the tracking number which when I looked up the tracking it still hasn't been shipped yet just said label created. So I emailed back and no response after that so I wont purchase anything from them anymore and I don't suggest anyone to purchase anything from them unless you don't mind just giving them your money. Smokemega commented that is has been solved but it actually hasn't been solved as of yet. I still don't know if they have sent out my items or gave me a refund but I guess we'll see soon. Hopefully.

Sent me the wrong Vape Mod

Well the product is received is a completely different color than what I ordered. Emailed them and noone will get back to me. Never again will I deal with these fakes.

The bongs leak, they are not air tight. Water drips right out.

I had a defective oil burning pipe that I only got three uses out of before a D shaped hole fell out of the pipe. I noticed something was wrong when I was using it, and it was flaming from the bottom I tried to clean it with Q-tip and that’s when the D-shaped whole popped out. I reached out to support via an email and also a phone call and no one and let me repeat that no one contacted me back.
