I like the free gift, and shipping. The coupon code they advertise at the top of the page apparently doesn't work for what I've been buying. Apparently don't care much about quality. So far haven't received a response to my query regarding guarantee or anything on half assed product, they obviously dont want the used but broken product back. I'll be looking to purchase elsewhere in the future. 2 products are broken, 2nd one broke before I could even get the 1st replaced, now ive ordered a 4th for some reason.

Leaky bong
well I received my water bong today after waiting over 7 days for it to be delivered p,it was cute and smaller than I thought it would be and it leaks but if and when they give me a refund or another kind of bong I'll write back and let you know how it went

The shipment comes in faster but the price is too high
The parts are really good doing nice to smoke out of but the prices are really too high and one of them was broken...

I am torn I had to replace a broken banger myself but it’s a beautiful rig
I am torn I have now placed two orders the first was a dab rig which is gorgeous but the banger came broken. I wasn’t sure what size banger to order and they were extremely fast to tell me what size banger I needed to fit the rig! So it cost me an extra 14 bucks and at least a week to be able to use the product I bought in the first place, but the quality of the rig itself is amazing!
