Great service

Grear customer engagement and personalized experience! One of the items I ordered was no longer available, and I was contacted when my order was being put together and asked for possible substitutions. Also sent a replacement piece as an apology, also fantastic quality products!

The first thing I noticed about Smoke Mega was that their prices were incredibly fair. I placed my order and was happy to receive free standard shipping without having to spend a ton of money. My order was packed and dropped off at the post office the same day I placed my order! My order arrived and I was pleasantly surprised that all of the glass arrived in one piece. Even better, they threw in a free torch. Way cool. Will definitely order again and would absolutely recommend to my friends.

Everythings going fine. Just waiting for my order to arrive.

It’s obvious you guys care and that’s what i care about the most.
