Free Shipping typically falls within the delivery window shown during checkout rather than an expedited timeframe. We’re sorry to hear your package was missing after delivery. According to the carrier tracking, the order was marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. For situations like this, Route Shipping Protection was added to your order. Route covers packages that are lost or stolen after delivery and provides a fast resolution process. You can file a claim directly through the Route portal using the confirmation email you received at checkout. Their team reviews claims quickly and will assist with either a replacement or reimbursement where eligible.
