YOU HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER YET! ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK! NO UPDATES! NO WORD! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!
Response from SMOKEAFeb 12, 2026
Unfortunately, your order was part of a small group affected by a temporary fulfillment error during that time period. A notice regarding this issue was posted on our site and visible at that time. Once the issue was identified, the order was cancelled and a full refund was issued.
