i ordered a torch cart off there site and it came in a torch box but the cart was not the same displayed on the box and the packaging was wrong 😑
Response from SMOKEAFeb 12, 2026
We want to be very clear that we do not sell counterfeit or “fake” products. All Torch items we carry are sourced directly from the brand or through authorized distribution channels. Torch periodically updates packaging and hardware designs, and certain products may differ slightly from older box images or promotional materials. For this specific item, the cartridge style was updated by the manufacturer, which can result in differences between the packaging image and the unit inside. If you have any concerns about authenticity, Torch can confirm that we are an authorized reseller. We are also happy to review photos of the product and packaging to help clarify any questions.

My carts leaked in the bags
Response from SMOKEAFeb 12, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. If an item arrives damaged or leaking, we ask that customers contact us within 7 days of delivery and before use so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement when appropriate. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication regarding this order within that timeframe, so we’re unable to take action at this stage. We always encourage customers to inspect their items upon arrival and reach out right away if there are any concerns so we can assist promptly.
