Hello LOUD Supply Customer Service, I am reaching out to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the repeated issues I have experienced when ordering from your company. I have placed multiple orders with LOUD Supply, and unfortunately, each experience has resulted in an error on your end. Despite these ongoing issues, I have continued to give your company opportunities to correct these mistakes. However, my patience and understanding have reached their limit. Most recently, I placed an order for two batters, which your company somehow misplaced. After bringing this to your attention, I was assured that my order would be shipped. However, when my package finally arrived, it contained only ONE of the TWO batters I purchased. Frankly, I find this repeated lack of attention to detail, accountability, and basic customer service completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I should not have to continuously follow up regarding orders, correct mistakes made by your company, or question whether I will receive the merchandise I have already paid for. For your reference, I have attached photographs of the merchandise I received, along with a copy of my original order confirmation and email receipt. These documents clearly demonstrate what was purchased versus what was actually delivered. At this point, I am no longer interested in waiting for another attempt to correct this order. I am formally requesting a full refund for my most recent purchase, issued to my original payment method. I have been more than patient, and I believe I have given your company ample opportunities to demonstrate that you value your customers. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently demonstrated otherwise. Due to these repeated issues and the inconvenience they have caused, I will no longer be doing business with LOUD Supply. I expect a prompt response confirming that my refund will be processed, along with a timeframe for when I can expect to receive it. I sincerely hope your company takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustrations. Thank you. Loud Smoke Supply has great quality bud and other products and some awesome kinds of vapes too. They cater to not only seasoned, long time smokers but they also have alot for newer smokers too. That's wonderful to see. The prices are affordable and they have quick shipping (I live out of state from their location)! It's a great place all around-I will definitely be back!
