High Tech Security for simple people
Technician showed up on time and was a nice guy. He installed system and then took his time showing us how the system worked and did not leave until we understood how to use. People that we dealt with on the phone were polite and when they tell you they will call they will call. The company has done all that they said they would do and we are happy with all services they offer.

Dave was here on time. Very friendly and professional during the install process.
Found Smith Monitoring on Angie's List with very good ratings. New install, so can not rate service at this time.

Very professional and knowledgeable!
Ricky was running just a bit late, but he called ahead of time to let me know his ETA. once there he checked out the existing alarm system, found some discrepencies and offered options as to the possible repairs. System was repaired and now working. Thanks for your professionalism.
