Pete did a fantastic job of explaining how the alarm and safety features operate, offered helpful suggestions regarding placement, and answered my questions in a friendly, personable manner. He helped me obtain an alarm permit, explained the website and app, and even helped my son build a better paper airplane. The entire process took about an hour and a half. I highly recommend Pete and Smith Monitoring.

We had an odd scheduling conflict that came up at the last minute. The sales department bent over backwards and accommodated us. Our installer, Sam, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Smith certainly provided reasonable prices and good service on time and on schedule. The need for a second return visit for fire prevention equipment is the only reason I am not giving them a five star rating. It would be nice if all of their technicians were able to install fire equipment at the same time.

I was very pleased with Sean, who came to set up our system. He was on time, and the appointment was confirmed twice-- which was helpful.
