Terrible Experience with Install and Company
My install was left with exposed holes in the wall and black finger prints on the control box, which appears to be a used box, and my painted wall. I have had nothing but problems in communicating with the sales person [name] who sold me the system. I have tried to cancel the system within my timeframe window but can get no one to call me back. I have tried email and direct phone calls. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

very professional
Javier did a great professional job. Everyone I talked to here was very helpful. Showed up on time. Let me know the day before that they were still coming and Jacket called me that morning to let me know he was 30 min away. I'm very satisfied. Very clean and nice installation. Very glad I did my research and called them. Everyone needs an alarm these days and this is the place to get it from.

life with peace of mind
The experience with the installation of my new upgraded alarm system was a good one. The tech answered all of my questions, feels good to know that the noise from the alarm will wake up my neighbor. Everything is good here.. Thank you all for your help and honesty.

great company, very knowledgeable and trustworthy installers
Both the person I spoke with on the phone and the installer who came out were very friendly, knowledgeable and didnt show any signs of irritation even after I asked them a million questions. The tech arrived well within the appointment time and did a great job with the installation. I would recommend this company to a friend in need.
