First time owning a monitored security and after shopping around for a while I came across Smith. I like the idea of a local company and they had great service when I called for a quote. The installer was great he didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, but instead gave great advice on what would really make a difference.

The guy (can't remember his name) who installed our alarms system was very polite and very professional. He really reassured me that I was making the right decision. He went above and beyond what he was required to do. Thank you so much! Mary Perryman

I recently had a minor stroke and needed special medical security system needs. Smith Monitoring came in and walked me through the process. I'm kind of slower in understanding about equipment and the process. The walked me through the process and I was able to get all my questions and concerns answered. I'm very happy thus far and look forward to staying with the Smith Monitoring family. Oh and the installer was amazing and very patient and kind. IT MADE Me feel like I mattered. Great company.

I'm feeling secure with my new Smith Monitoring Security system. They gave me a quick installation date, arrived when they said they would and Sean, the technician, verified everything that Sam, the salesman had told me when we set up the appointment.
